AG&E provided structural engineering services for the renovation of the McCullough Complex, which has become the home of CPS Energy. The new complex includes an 11-story tower and a 14-story tower along with a connector building for a total of 490,000 square feet. The buildings provide 25 floors of office and conference space. The complex also has an adjacent parking garage for 1,200 vehicles.
This project received the Best Renovation Award in 2021 by Engineering News-Record.
