New 2-story expansion of existing precast data center. The expansion area is approximately 150,000 square feet and it includes a 20,000-square-foot data hall upfit, an additional third level for UPS rooms, a new steel chiller platform above the roof with perimeter screening, and new precast screenwall foundations at service yard.
