Engineer Spotlight: Kiran Ande

🎉 Cheers to a phenomenal Engineers Week! As we come to a close, we want to express our gratitude to the brilliant minds shaping our future through innovation and problem-solving. 

💡 Our Engineer Spotlight is Kiran Ande, Project Manager. With extensive experience in mission-critical projects, he leads a team through complex engineering designs and keeps projects on track. Known for his meticulous work and attention to detail, Kiran doesn’t let anything fall through the cracks.

One of the best pieces of advice Kiran has ever received is to express oneself. Always speak up about what you need or want, otherwise,  people won’t know what’s on your mind. While the response may not always be ideal, at least you know you tried.

Kiran believes in staying open-minded and embracing new experiences. For travel recommendations, he suggests Portland, Oregon, where within a short drive, you can go skiing on Mt. Hood, hike through state parks, or relax on the coast. Plus, the view of Mt. Hood from the city is stunning.  

If he could time-travel, Kiran would visit a time before technology played such a central role in daily activities. He would like to experience how people stayed connected in more personal ways and enjoyed the simplicity of life without the constant presence of smart devices.
