AG&E welcomes Jared Franz, CPA as Chief Financial Officer

AG&E is pleased to announce the newest addition to our team, Jared Franz, CPA, who joins as Chief Financial Officer.

With over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, Jared has built a career across multiple industries including manufacturing, construction, and industrial services. A licensed CPA, Jared is known for his hands-on approach to learning new businesses, working within established processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering value-added solutions that support organizational growth.

Originally from Ohio, Jared earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mount St. Joseph University in Cincinnati and his MBA from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tennessee. His career in finance has given him the opportunity to live in various states, including Pennsylvania, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Actively involved in sports, Jared and his family share a strong competitive spirit. He spent a few years as an assistant coach for men’s college basketball, his boy/girl twins recently received full athletic scholarships for college, and his 13-year-old daughter is following in their footsteps. They are particularly passionate about basketball and volleyball, but also enjoy golf, tennis, and spike ball.

Jared is looking forward to moving back to Texas and joining AG&E.
