Holly Rigdon promoted to Chief Operating Officer

AG&E is pleased to announce the promotion of Holly Rigdon to the position of Chief Operating Officer.

With more than 25 years of professional experience, Holly has been instrumental in leading initiatives that have contributed to the firm’s impressive growth and collaborative culture. Her leadership in operations and involvement in mergers and acquisitions have been key to the company’s continued success.

In her new role as COO, she will continue to focus on optimizing internal processes, empowering teams, and aligning operations with long-term business goals.

A passionate traveler and lifelong learner, Holly has visited 47 states, lived in eight, and thrives on building meaningful connections wherever she goes. She currently lives in Wichita, Kansas with her three daughters. Outside of work, she embraces every opportunity to create new memories with her family and friends.
