With more than 18 years of experience, Roxy is a subject matter expert in precast, prestressed design, detailing, and construction. Joining the precast concrete industry in 2007, Roxy now leads AG&E’s Integrated Precast, Prestressed Concrete Design division and manages a team of 28 engineers and drafters.

Some of them have made a truly lasting impression, and she is one of them. Roxy is a distinguished leader in precast concrete design and construction, earning the respect of coworkers, peers, supervisors, clients, contractors, and all project stakeholders.”
A member of the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) since 2013, Roxy has participated in several committees, quickly gaining a reputation for being a proactive champion for cutting-edge initiatives.
“Roxy’s expertise and contributions have gained national recognition within the precast concrete industry. As one of the youngest individuals to be honored as a PCI Fellow, she continues to make a lasting impact,” said Ball.
Roxy currently serves on the Leadership PCI, Design Standards, Industry Handbook, and Professional Member committees. Previously she was a member of the Joints and Connections, Insulated Wall Panels, and Student Education committees.
“When AG&E decided to expand into Integrated Precast, Prestressed Concrete Design , I personally targeted Roxy as the individual to help lead us into this endeavor,” said Al Baysek, PE, SE, Executive Principal and Chief Strategy Officer at AG&E. “I had the privilege of observing her in various PCI committee roles, where she consistently impressed me with her technical expertise in precast and prestressed concrete, as well as her unwavering dedication to precision. Beyond her technical acumen, it was her charisma that truly set her apart, inspiring and energizing those around her.”
Roxy is an expert in the design of precast data center structures and is currently working with Ned M. Cleland, PhD, PE, Executive Principal and Director Precast, Prestressed Concrete Engineering at AG&E, on developing a Recommended Practice for Design and Construction of Precast Concrete Data Centers.
